Snehana or oelation is lubricating the system by using unctuous substances like oil and Ghee externally and internally. The internal use is though mouth,nose,anusand other openings. External by means of #abyanga,#pichu,#vasti(#basti),tarpanaand other methods. It can be said that oleation should be precede and succeed of all courses of #treatment.
